Incomming trunc alweys busy?

I have set up an incomming truk from a local TSP. Initialy, an incomming routing was defined to one of the extensios, which worked well.

I decided to experiment with the callback feature... now, whenever I call this truk, I get a busy signal. Reverting back to the old setting chaged nothing.... the line is still busy.

I do see the incomming call using the call monitor, where it's destination is maked as 's' (???).

Not sure how to resolve the issue....

Somewhere along the line, the Inbound Route for that trunk was misconfigured. My advice is to delete it and recreate it.
