This month to my surprise I reached 5074 minutes which forces me to buy a second account.
I can understand that there is a limit, that said the last months my usage was between 3800 en 4700 minutes.
To me it seems more fair that when looking at usage there is being looked at 2 month and calculate the average use on that. This way when there are 2 month and the average is more than 5000 minutes one could really say that the average usage on the account has increased to a level that justifies paying for 2 accounts.
Now I have another question:
You may reduce your subscriptions after one month if your usage decreases again.
Will I also get an email stating that my usage is below 5000 minutes if I have 2 subscriptions ?
I have now paid for scond subscription and see it's valid till 1 may and 1 may it will automatiscally be charged again. Does this mean that if on 3 of may i see my usage in april van below 5000 minutes I can cancel the seconds subscription. I have than paid for 1 month extra. The problem than is that 1 may you would have charges 10 euro again for the second account, this would mean I have to pay 2 month for the secons subscription ?
Since this year it's easier for companies within the EU to get VAT back from other countries thru their local VAT agency.
As far as I know pbxes is german based, meaning 19% german vat is being charged on the payment. The problem is that we never receive any sort of invoice which shows that vat is being charges.
This question has been asked several times, why can't we get an invoice. As a ligit company it's normal to send invoices.
