Not sure if this is a bug or by design. If I place pbxes.com for my server in Sipdroid I can connect via TCP, however it appears to connect to the Seattle server rather than the New York server. If I place the IP address of the New York server in my server config in Sipdroid it will only connect via UDP.
I would really appreciate if the New York server would be configured to support TCP. Connecting to the Seattle server almost doubles my latency and Sipdroid connecting to NY via UDP does not connect incoming calls after being registered for about 5 minutes even with the help of a Stun server.
