2 identical trunks - one works, one doesn't

I have two identical trunks one called 'CallWithUsFixedNum' and 'CWU2'.

I was messing around with the CallWithUsFixedNum trunk and now I can not make a call using it. I then created the CWU2 trunk using the identical information and that one works fine.

These are using for a calling card setup. I call a number, and receive a dial tone, I then make an outbound call using either of those trunks... but one got broken somehow - care to explain what I did so I don't do it again?
