Guten Tag
Ich musste meinen Free Account in einen Soho umwandeln obschon mir nicht klar ist, was ich bei meiner Konfiguration angestellt habe, dass er als Free Acount gesperrt wurde. Account Name "fas". Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Danke und Gruss Mario

Sie haben noch einen zweiten Account "wmms". Dies wurde per Email an die hinterlegte Adresse vor Sperrung mitgeteilt.

Das ist der Account, den ich für meinen Cousin eröffnet habe. Er braucht seinen und ich meinen "fas". Gibt es eine Möglichkeit aus den zwei Accounts wieder funktionierende Free Accounts zu machen?
