Are you sure 118644.sipcarrier.biz is a valid FQDN?

sipcarrier.biz resolves to 72.167.232.45 but 118644.sipcarrier.biz does not resolve to any IP.

Also the Asterisk configuration on their support page How can I configure my Asterisk server? does not require anything to be added outside of the sip.conf and extensions.conf files.
