Hi, is there any way that when I use blind transfer the caller can hear music on hold rather than the "ringing" tone whilst they are waiting the extension to pick up. Music is probably more pleasant to listen to than the north American ring tone. Thanks
Even if there was a way to implement musical ring-back, it would really be misleading to the caller who gets transferred, to listen to MoH instead of a ring-back, even if it is the North American one.
The "powers at be" should consider providing an option to select the in-country ring-back, but I see no valid reason to play MoH during blind transfers. On the other hand, I see the point for playing MoH during the initial part of consultation transfers.
