Can´t manage to have incoming calls routed to my extensions

I don´t know what else I can do to fix the fact
that I can´t route calls to the extensions
I have created.

I have managed to create extensions and trunks.

They look green in the status page, I have even
called from one extension to the other.

But although I create Incoming routes, my extensions don´t ring..

Minutes later this thing started working perfect, magically, whitout having to do something extra..

I have the impression that certain changes like incoming routing are not applied inmediately, am I right?
