We are writing this mail, in the hopes of, that you’ll be able to assist us in our search for a better solution.
When you are waiting in line, on your PBX-phone solution, we would like to know, what port-range the background music playing, is running on?
We would also like to know, whether the background music playing, is running on G.729 or G.711 codec?
Our system is running on the following port ranges:
Registration: 5060
RTP: 15000-20000
