inbound routing dependency Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hi everybody,
I have spent a few hours on searching this forum for solution but no succes.

Becose of the virus (in real world) we had to change ours commons and bussines time we are avaiable

What I need:

Possibility to route incoming calls within one trunk depending on hours (working hours and "after" is not enough.) We have to get possibility to divide the bussines hours time for about 3 periods to set diffrent RingGroups .

Is it possible?

You can chain several inbound routes by sending to SIP URI e.g. username-rule2. Use username-rule2 as trunk name for the next chained route.
