Unable to access recording portal Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hello Team,

We are unable to access the recording portal using WWW1.Nurnberg Server, however we can access it using www4.

We have recording under www1 server which is why we can not switch to www4 for this.

Please check.
