Bei Anruf, der auf eine klassische Nebenstelle geht (in diesem Fall Handy), klingelt es am Handy ununterbrochen weiter, auch wenn der Anrufer zwischenzeitlich schon wieder aufgelegt hat.
Bei Abheben am Handy ist die Leitung stumm und legt sofort auf. Im "call monotor" der pbx steht die Verbindung damm it "0 Sek. Dauer".

Was kann man machen, dass dieses "Weiterklingeln" obwohl aufgelegt wurde nichtm ehr stattfindet?

Es handelt sich vermutlich um ein Provider-spezifisches Problem. Mit welchem SIP-Provider rufen Sie Ihre klassische Nebenstelle an?

Tritt das Problem auch auf, wenn Sie das Ziel direkt über Ihre PBX bzw. über ein Softphone anwählen?

der Anruf zur klassischen Nebenstelle erfolgt über Arcor (VoIP)

und der Fehler tritt auch bei direkter Anwahl auf.
In allen Fällen wird das Auflegend er Gegenstelle ignoriert und es klingelt weiter.

Haben Sie das Problem auch, wenn Sie das Ziel über ein Softphone (ohne PBX) anwählen?

Nein, nur bei Nutzung der PBX.
