Over the past few days I continue to get these messages...trunk xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.vtnoc.net of your account scotxxxxx.....is offline for more than 10 minutes now. I have a choice of 6 different servers to use from my provider and changing to another resolves the problem immediately and for a while, then it goes down again. Eventually I get another message, change the server, resolved for a while. When I get this message, My Status page shows the trunk greyed out, but I can make an outgoing call and the trunk goes green again, but I cannot make an incoming call to the trunk. My provider is apparently still working enough that the call rolls to their voice mail system and I get a voicemail notice from them
This sounds like a problem at pbxes, can anyone suggest any other troubleshooting? Different provider?
