Hi there (I have dealt with Paqual in the past)-

I need to figure out what my billing cycle is? Right now I am getting charge twice - once at the beginning of the month for $60 and once towards the end for $60. I want to make sure I am not being double charged and how to reverse this? We only have one line under one account. This seems to have been going on for several months.
