PAP2T strange troubleshooting |

Hello,
I have just configured a PAP2T, with a PBXes extension.
Everything seems to be ok:
- Trunks properly set
- So are the in/out bound routes
- On client's side, Linksys is properly logged (whitout any interuption..)
- Fixed IP address
- IN/OUT bounding calls works 90% of the time.
BUT, some times, for few hours, there is no dialing tone on client's side, and when I try to call the line, it appears to be busy (I fall onto the voicemail.. but the phone is obviously properly hanged up).
My registration interval is set to 3600sec (1H), but i dont think the pb is from there, as the logs onto the PAP2T says the connection still alive since 5days...
Maybe I've misconfigured the port forwarding/NAT parameters? (I am behind a routeur)
But if so, why is it working fine most of the time
