A solution would be to move to www1 (in personal data) temporarily. You don't need to change anything on devices or DNS servers. Packets will automatically be forwarded. To move back please send us an email.

PBX vet... needed a restart (submit & start in personal data). Thanks for your patience.

Do you have the same extensions in the working groups? It might be an extension issue which you can check by making an internal call to that extension.

Webcall should be fixed now. We've made a testcall on your account.

Sipdroid callthru relies on features of the Android phone dialer which may have changed, and might not be possible with the present Android version on a specific phone. What you can do is try to find manually which special characters to enter into the dialer, to make the callthru happen. Then we can include them into the app.

Choosing codecs is only available on PRO (in Source View >> sip.conf: e.g. disallow=all, allow=ulaw). If you only need it for testing, go for PRO on the 14-days trial.

We registered an extension to your PBX and made a testcall. You can see it in your Call Monitor.

If you have any screenshots of the trash you saw on your web interface please send them to support@pbxes.com.

No, that's not the problem. Other customers register fine.

All of them got xxx@t-online.de authnames. The other solution would be to log a SIP trace from your Mac app.

I remember T-Online used to have addresses like customernumber@t-online.de. This number is not your phone number. Do you find anything like that?

To find out why the Mac app works you could create a SIP log there, and post the REGISTER message.

There is a DDoS attack on the public IP. By using the dedicated IP you should be able to use all telephony functions as usual. Only the web interface was slowed down. We have fixed that.

You missed to add "@t-online.de" to your authname. This is described in the German section of our News forum.

However the trunk still does not register. Probably a timeout after unsuccessful attempts.

Yes, absolutely. The premium subscription can be cancelled when you are happy with the PRO.

To change paypal account you need to cancel the subscription, and create a new one with the other account.

@dav Your trunks are definitly registered. You can proove this by activating SIP Trace in System Log. If you still cannot be reached please send your DID number to support@pbxes.com. Then we will be able to make a testcall.
