I have found this software http://www.snapanumber.com/
It´s purpose is to dial the calls (in the PC) and then forward them
to an extension. The reason is that it is easier to dial in the PC than with a telephone.
However I can´t figure out how to make it work with PBXes, can somebody give me a light on this?

Today at 7am !!! (local time)
I received several calls from a number I don´t know.
The call only played some music.
How can I do to forward other calls coming from this
caller id to a voicemail box or simply ignore them?

I have the impression that this provider needs the SIP Agent to register on the SIP Server more frequently than others.
Could this setting be changed on the IPTEL side?

One of my SIP trunks register fine, but only receive calls during some minutes after the registration... then nothing ... only get busy tones.

Yesterday I tried to register my extensions and although
the procedure was fine and I could place calls.
The other party couldn´t get the audio from my side.
I am almost sure this is a NAT or codec related issue, however
this didn´t happen to me before, during the beta period.
I have STUN activated in my ATA device.
Any ideas for solving the issue?

I finally could receive calls from outside.
The problem/solution: Allways make sure your ringing groups contain ONLY the extensions you have created.
However I can´t get audio going out to the caller on the other side.

I have filled (correctly I guess) the Incoming Calls
form, but when I call from another SIP Account (e.g. Inphonex) or thru a DID, I get either there is no extension available to take your call or busy tone.
i have 2 extensions registered an associated to a Ringing group. This setup used to work fine some weeks ago.

I have an extension that seems to be blocked...
whenever I call to it, it sounds as BUSY.
I created a new extension and registered my ATA
to that new extension. Now it can receive calls fine.
What could be wrong?. I will try tomorrow to see if
my extension has been released.

I have a Trunk SIP account that seems to become disconected after 48 or 72 hours of being used.
However after changing the password to a wrong one and
then after to the good one, which makes the SIP account
become registered again, it starts working again. I wonder if you could provide a tool or feature to solve issues like this.

I have seen that it is possible to make an
outgoing route exclusive of a particular extension.
However I would like to constraint an extension to a particular route.
Any idea if this possible?

I understand that the classical extension feature would allow me to have IPTEL PBX dial a normal PSTN line when a particular extension is dialed.
However I still don´t understand how is determined the trunk that will be used to dial.
