I looked at various threads but could figure out whether we had a solution to match inbound CIDs.

I have various DIDs tied to my account where the same caller with CID +1604XXXX shows up at my account with CIDs as

+1604xxxx or
1604xxxx or
604xxxx

I wanted to avoid creating three inbound routes and have only one to route this same caller to one specific extension

Any ideas how to do this?

Hi. I am not sure how this will work. I just paid thru paypal for an ADDITIONAL SOHO account. I now realize I was still logged into my existing wexila account.
Can you advise how I sort this out so I can have both my existing account as well as the new account going?

Hi

Sorry for the delay in answering. The reset does not help. I re-installed my flashplayer, changed servers etc.. My Status page is still showing all extensions and trunks with the green ok/online icon.

Status page has been showing all extensions online (green) as well as trunks are online (green) for the last few weeks. Without this I am unable to do a "quick look" at the status of my extensions and trunks.

Also I do not see anymore where is the status of the sub-pbxe I have installed. Can this be addressed as well as some feedback as to what has happened?

Is anyone else having this issue (just checking to see if it my pc or browser at fault)!

My sub PBXes have been working for some time. But I made a change and now I cannot get them to appear in the status menu as well as the SPA3000 don't register to them anymore. Can you investigate what has happened?

I have had two instances where I needed my pbx to be up and running an for some reason it was not. All returned back to normal when I went and hit "SUBMIT + START". These two are memorable as I could not access the web as I was traveling.

I would like to see an auto-restart feature added. I would like my option to be daily.

It was www4 then we had the problem. Then I went to www2.
Your fix was done just now when i was on www4. But my extensions were not registering after the fix. SO I have gone to www2 and all extension register on port 80. But here on www2 I have observed registration fails on ports 5060, 5061 and 36999. Can you check this as for some extensions the registration holds for extended periods ONLY on as 188.40.65.148:36999 and I would like this option to be kept available.

I will re-work the extension details and have completed the trunk dial plans etc. already.

I realized it was bad idea after I hit the send button.

I lost system integrity I think on Tuesday 14th. I was on www2 then I changed to www4. I have since gone back to www4.

What I need fixed ASAP is to call from one extension to the next. All calls to extensions show busy.

I posted on a previous thread that my pbxes was down (after observing the trunks not registering, lost all the dial plans, extensions losing some of the voicemail details etc..).

I forgot to add that I cannot call extensions. I get that they are busy when they are indeed registered as well as the fact that system was working fine up until what I believe was yesterday morning Wednesday 15th.

I tried to change servers but that has not worked. Today I have just seen the trunks re-registered but as noted above I have lost all the details of the dial plans etc.

Hi

Please reset my pbx account. I observed yesterday all th etrucks were not registering, then later I lost all the trunk dial rules, the extension forwarding details etc..

I started re-doing these before coming across this post.

Do you know if I can setup this softphone as a trunk?
