I just upgraded to premium but I did not see a " mobile option" appear under extensions. How long does it take for this to appear.

It would be nice if you could enter a couple digits (eg. #1#) to get a prompt to select an outgoing trunk. Since some SIP providers are better in some countries than others.

Of course maybe there is already a way to do this already, just let me know.
