I have 3 question about digital receptionist.
1.// Can you reduce the "Message Timeout" for the Digital Receptionist of the account "atadas" or to set a feature, where I can myself change the message timeout. I think that now timeout is 5sec. When someones call, the message says "please press 1 - 2 -4-5 etc.. or hold to be connected with an operator". When someones wait, the 5secs are long and he may be think that the call has been terminated.
2.// Can I change the default English announcements with my own? (Sorry, that's not a valid extension, please try again) I live in greece and it's strange to present English announcements.
3.// In my own asterisk (local network) installation through the ring groups I can select if I want to present ring tone or music on hold, but in my account I can't.
I don't want queues, I just want the MOH feature for the Ring Groups.
