Hi, My pbxes doesn't seem to be working. I have reset it and everything looks okay in the status panel but I cannot receive or make calls either internally or externally. Can you help?

Hi, is there any way that when I use blind transfer the caller can hear music on hold rather than the "ringing" tone whilst they are waiting the extension to pick up. Music is probably more pleasant to listen to than the north American ring tone. Thanks

I am trying to change my music on hold but the system will not overwrite the old one. It tells me it is done, I click the red bar but the new music isn't there and the PBX still plays out the old one.

Can you help?

I am trying to upload music but no matter how many times I try it doesn't work. At the moment I have a "bad format" message so I have tried to re-upload the file I was using last week to no avail.

Can you help?
