I was notified via email about a Trunk outage at about 12 noon 3/08/2019 via email it said as a paid account I didn't need to take action but as my service is still not allowing outgoing or incoming I wonder if I do need to do something or wait. Please advise.

So server 2 went down today and I was trying for a half hour to move my account, I was unable to do so. Then I got a no reply email 30 min later saying you moved my account but it is still not working and still shows it to be on server 2 in the user panel and I am still unable to move it or connect. Sipdroid is saying connection timed out.

Please advise:

Edit: This issue has now been resolved after 5 days of it happening.

So every call I make is ending its self in 17-18 seconds.

: I have re allowed my google password in the trunk.
: Re submitted my personal information.
: and changed servers.
: I deleted trunk and remade it.
: I have cleared the data from sipdroid and re added.

Calls in and out still auto end in about 17-18 seconds.

Any information on this bug would be happily accepted. Such as missing some update about changes. Etc...

That was the first thing I tried but I forgot to click the red confirm banner.

As a note is there a thread that alerts to updates so I can just check that from now on.

Again I would like to express my noobness at managing my own account ever sense the auto account creation was removed so please forgive my questions if they are redundant.

As of the last few days I can't call out but I can receive calls, has something changed? Do I need to change something due to a google voice update?

So recently I had to change my trunk to the new fetch password feature from google in order to get functionality back but now sometimes my voicemails are only saved on pbxes.org and sometimes on google voice.

Question: What can I change to make that voicemail is always handled by google voice and why is this only doing it sometimes.
