Hello All,
An other "problem". I use 2 providers, 3 accounts.
So, in one of my outbound, I use provider1, provider2, provider3. 1 of them has a problem this afternoon. Its server is dead. I have 2 accounts with him. If I make a call, I see in my status the call using provider1, then provider2 and arrive on provider3. Then the call is made.
But, pbxes wait 20 second on provider1, then 20 seconds on provider2, then arrive on provider3. Yes, I know, I could but n°3 on 1st position, but the 2 others are free for that destination.
Where is coming that 20 seconds ? is it possible to change this ? Where ?

If I dial 06XXXXXXXX, I want 00336XXXXXXXX to be dialed.
If I understand the suggestion:
06|00336XXXXXXXX
should do it. Take of the 06, and replace it with 00336. Et bien non :-(
If I put that filter in the trunk, it is the same. Does not work better.

I took an account with Siptraffic, but they need a type of number: 00336X. instead of 06X.
I do not succeed.
In my outbound routing, I check the Custom Dial Patterns, and I include this: 06|00336XXXXXXXX It should do it ? because it does not; what else can I do ?

Hello all.
That is a long time now I use pbexes, premium, and I am happy with it, when I dont do nothing difficult :-(
Basically, I have created some extensions, 3 used in our office in Paris, hooked to a gigaset S450IP, 1 in my home in paris, used with a gigaset C450IP, and one with my portable laptop, used with IPTEL.
I am using several providers, freephonie, netappel ... When we are called at the office, it is with a basic analogic phone line, and the S450IP use the fixed line for it. When we are called home, my free phone is hooked to the C450;
Now, today, I am with my laptop in brasil, and I thought I was able to call one of my collaborator with its extension number. Let say, I call the 202. My dell is the 221. The 202 rings. SOme one lift the phone, and no voice can be heared. So I have to call the normal office line ... and noone can call me, with my 221.
The "documentation" is a littel light. And I dont know what to do ?
Can we start a discussion ?

I dont see at all how I can solve my pb. In my routings, when I call a mobile (06xxxxxxxx) I use netappel. Then whatever caller id name I use, my calee always see my voilIn netappel's number. Is there a way to get rid of this ? Thanks.

You are right, only Germanic countries are bureaucratics. Here in France, these strange words does not exist, Zusamm ..., we just need to have our vat number written on our invoice, and also the number of our client. So we are not sos bureaucratic ! :-) Poor germans and switzerland men !

Cheaper to pay VAT than to manage VAT-ID numbers ? I dont think so, not for me. I prefer not to pay 19% of whatever VAT, than to pay it with difficult possibilities to get it back from German tax offices. And for you it is very easy to include your VAT number on your invoices, and not to generate a VAT line if you have my VAT number. Of course, I presume you are a declared business and so I presume you have a VAT number !
Last, a receipt is not an invoice. And I am afraid about the fact, in case of control, I could have trouble in not showing an invoice in front of a payment to an other company. Because again I presume you are a registred german company ?
But of course, I cannot oblige you to send me invoices.

I dont really understand. Let say, at the end of the month, I have talked 6000 minutes instead of 5000. And as I dont spent my time on pbxes.com, I did not saw it ! So, if I understand your answer, you will send me a message, automatic I suppose, a few days later. Then what, I will go on Paypal and add 1 month (10 euros) ?
So again, at the end of the currant month, I have talked only 4000 minutes, then its ok like that ?
