Forward to Mobile VM - BUG 08.05.2013 19:37 Forum: Bugs

It is very disheartening as you try to use this service that issues arise when no changes have been made at all. This is my second issue this week through no fault of my own and this used to work flawlessly. I feel like we are on a beta system even when paying for it.

Issue:
Incoming calls are redirected to a mobile device if the SIP phone is not online. This works as it should, however the handoff to VM fails and just drops now on all of our lines no matter what wireless carrier. Setup has not changed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Inbound Routing (Trunk) DOWN - Google Voice 06.05.2013 19:49 Forum: Bugs

Hello, I have been using Google voice for my trunk for a while now however inbound routing seems to have stopped working now. Inbound calls go to VM instead of the Auto Attendant. Outbound SIP calls work fine..

I am at a loss here as I have not touched settings and my PBX is completely down now for incoming calls. I also changed servers from NY to Miami to see if that helped but it did not.

UPDATE: Not sure if a moderator took care of it, but it looks like it came back up now.

Fragezeichen Voicemail / Forwarding Issues 21.12.2012 18:45 Forum: Bugs

Hello, I recently setup a PBXes paid acct and it is working very well. However I am having a few pressing issues that I cannot figure out but seem to be related.

1) If I attempt to use the built-in PBX VM, incoming calls drop immediately and never even get to the VM greeting/message.

2) If I force a bypass of an extension to an offsite Google VM through a classical extension using "Unavailable forward" etc it wotks, but when a person leaves a VM, it gets cut off at 21 seconds although I can an in the config, it is set for 3 min.

3) If I fork to my cell phone thinking that I can use that for VM, the fork works if I pick up however if I ignore the call or dont answer; again the call is just dropped.

I hav triesd using both Ring groups and extension options and bot fare the same. Also, call handoff and extension check are enabled and I have toyed with these settings as well wth no success.

Would appreciate any assistance on resolving this as I cannot be the only one experiencing these bugs.

Thanks
Jay

Fragezeichen RE: Google Voice Peering 09.12.2012 15:57 Forum: News

Hello, I recently setup GV with PBXes paid acct and it is working very well I must say (Inbound/Outbound/Auto Attendant etc). I did have the white noise issue but switched to "de" as mentioned here and that was resolved. I do however have one problem...

I am attempting to use the built-in PBX VM for all extensions, but the incoming calls drop immediately and never even get to the VM greeting/message.

On my initial test extension (101), I notice that if my SIP device is not connected, or I ignore the call from Softphone after ring; the same happens and call is just dropped.

Would appreciate any assistance on resolving as I am really excited to finally have a system that just works out of the box like this with GV.

Thanks
Jay
