yes, that is true.

You do realise though that it is your adroid App Sipdroid that prompts its users to create a pbxes account? And then, for those who are already paid members, this becames a problem? It's a bit illogical...

But thanks, I have been able to log in and delete the account myself.

Hello,
today I received the dreaded email from ip-tel again, telling me that I have create a second account and that I should either delete it or upgrade it.

The fact is that I indeed have, but it was the Sipdroid app that made me!!
Sipdroid wants you to create a separate pbxes account to configure your Google Voice trunk. I don't really understand why we can't do it from within our paid account but I keep getting this "cleaning up" email!!

I now have 7 days to delete my "double" account or upgrade.

What should I do? It is clearly a system error, as I was asked to create a second account, I did not choose to do that!!

Hi,
we noticed that you registered more than one account (manula) at
PBXes. That is welcome but also creates considerable load on our servers.
Better would be to consolidate under a single account as written in our
Terms of Service.
You can delete (in Personal Data) or upgrade the additional account(s)
manugvoice
to paid within a week. Otherwise we are going to disable the last
mentioned one(s).
It is neccessary to delete/upgrade exactly the above mentioned account,
not any other in its place.

Hello,

I have just come back from a trip overseas and I found an email telling that I had created two google voice accounts (which I did, accidentally, because I could not reconfigure my sipdroid app after I had uninstalled).
I was asked to delete one of the two, but I did not have internet access while travelling.
I also just received email where I was told that both accounts have been disabled.

Not sure what to do next. Ideally I would get one of them reactivated (either manulagoogle or emanuelevenditti). Of course I could create a new one, since both other ones have been deleted, but I want to be sure i am not doing something I am not supposed to do, so I will wait for your reply.

UPDATE: I have gone ahead and removed Sipdroid from my phone, reinstalled it and have Sipdroid create a new linked google voice account for me. It should all be fine and within the terms of my membership as this is the only gv account I now have. Please let me know if I'm incorrect. Thanks

UPDATE 2: it looks like my GoogleVoice account has been kidnapped by the system! It appears to be still in use by one of the two blocked accounts (manulagoogle) so I cannot create a new PBX-linked trunk for Sipdroid that uses it, until you guys fully remove the two existing linked accounts (emanuelevenditti and manulagoogle) or reinstate one of them.

UPDATE 3: please, I need someone to look into this for me. I already have an upgraded account (manula). It was through that PAID account that Sipdroid created the extra free accounts for Google Voice.
I'm sure you understand that it makes no sense to upgrade a second account, only to delete it. I appreciate your help.

UPDATE 4: hello again, it's been several days since I posted my message and, to this day, my google voice account is still being kidnapped by the pbxes system. I really need it freed up and that requires a little action from your side, by deleting the account that was deemed a double account and that I am no longer wanting (manulagoogle). Thank you.

hello,
as of 2 days ago my pbxes account has stopped working.
None of my extensions can connect to the server and I can't use any of the pbxes services.

I don't think it's a problem with my network as one extension uses the home LAN network and the other one uses 3G.
They both used to work up to 2 days ago.

Another reason why I think there could be a problem with the pbxes service is that when I use the Call-Thru number, the call is answered but the connection is very choppy and with enornous delay, and it's not usable. Of course I call the call-thru number from a landline so we cannot blame a slow internet connection for that. The slow connection is coming from pbxes servers.

I changed my account from Seattle to Nurberg with no luck.

I hope you can help

hello,
I had a second account I had created for my old boss and it was causing my personal mobile phone number to be blacklisted.
I followed the advice given at

and upgraded the unwanted account (my boss' account, so to speak). I managed to delete all trunks and routes, but there was no option in the Personal Data page to DELETE the account.
I have since then cancelled the subscription for the unwanted account and thought everything was good, as my number was no longer blacklisted.
Unfortunately my number is being blacklisted again and the unwanted account appears to be blocked again!!!
What can I do? How can one delete an unwanted account? I really don't want to upgrade the unwanted account again! I did it once and could not delete it...
Would appreaciate if you guys could look into it.
My current pro account is 'manula' and the unwanted account that needs deleting is 'gabriella'. If you check you can see that it was upgraded to Pro for a month.
