Inbound routing issue 04.08.2012 16:12 Forum: Bugs

"I created a trunk and inbound route called 'TTBJNUM'. But calls are always diverted to extension 301 which doesn't exist. Please help." - This is my message wrote on 4 August, 2012.

Since then I tried to deleted both the trunk and inbound route. Weeks later I re-created the trunk and inbound route with new name "TTCNBJ". I then created the extension 301. Now calls are routed to extension 301, but only 301. The inbound route ignores all "Regular Hours" or "Force Off Hours" settings and send calls for this trunk to extension 301 only. I changed server from WWW4 to WWW7 but this didn't help either.

Please help.

RE: Are Chinese providers blocked? 31.07.2012 04:32 Forum: Providers

Thanks. I can confirm all www[1-7].pbxes.com are blocked in China (tried in three biggest cities). The reason could be www#.pbxes.com is used for VPN, and Chinese Gov. doesn't like public VPN providers. Callcentric and sipgate all work fine.

Are Chinese providers blocked? 24.07.2012 15:25 Forum: Providers

We bought a telephone number from a Chinese provider but coundn't register it as a trunk on pbxes.com. It registers ok on softphone. The server address is "dx.91call.cn". We also have an extension setup in China and the connection is on and off (using pbxes.org as pbxes.com is not accessable from China).

I would like to know if pbxes.com blocks providers in China or pbxes.com itself is blocked by Chinese Telecom? Any tips to work around this? Thanks.

RE: Partial CID match for inbound routing 29.05.2012 20:41 Forum: Feature Requests

I used "x" in inbound routing rules and it is not working.

Recently I received many spam calls for my USA number. They all came from 360 area code but with different CIDs, so I decided to blaock all CIDs starting with 360 or 1360. I setup inbound rules to set all calls with CID "360xxxxxxx" or "1360xxxxxxx" to "Hung Up", but spam calls still got through. Also "303" area code. I Googled these spam numbers and can see these spam calls make people mad.

Any thoughts to block them?

Why my account has been blocked? 08.08.2011 18:21 Forum: Miscellaneous

My soho account was cancelled due to expired credit card details with Paypal. The account has been switched to free account for a few weeks now but today you blocked it. I only use a few hundred minutes per month so please let me know the reason for blocking my account.

I have upgraded to soho again but it will take a while for the a/c to be activated.

RE: Voicetrading - Outbound trunk issue 30.09.2010 14:44 Forum: Providers

Betamax clone stopped working today 30th Sept on www4 for me. It stopped working on www1 for me few weeks ago.

We may have to use other providers with pbxes.com. I tried Callcentric before for UK mobile outbound and calls were routed to wrong persons, although Callcentric's support were good and they worked with me to find out what went wrong, yet they told me they had to stick with their (cheaper) routing company.

I am thinking about using Localphone, does it work with pbxes.com? I'm a "light" user so Voiptrading is not a viable choice.

How to pay to remove my friend's account 26.10.2009 18:40 Forum: Miscellaneous

I helped my friend in the USA to setup his account a few year ago and he didn't really know how to use it. So on his visit to UK a few months ago, I showed him how to setup things on my home pc and this got both our accounts blocked.

I am on soho now and I thought it's better to cancel his a/c and use mine for both of us. He has no paypal but he insisted to pay for the "Buy Premium A/C to Cancel an A/C". Can he use his US credit card to pay for the upgrade without paypal? If not can I use my paypal to pay for his a/c? His a/c name is "jimmyyu".

Just checked another friend's a/c I setup for his which has also been blocked, might have to pay from my own pocket to Pay-to-cancel for him. unglücklich

How to delete an account 24.09.2008 18:49 Forum: Miscellaneous

I helped my friend to setup an account while he was on holiday in the UA and used my email address. After a while both my account and his account are blocked.

Now I upgraded mine so I can write this message. Is there anyway I can delete that account? You can tell by the account setup and calling numbers these are totally two different accounts.
