Hi I have a voicemail in extension 200 that I cannot delete so cannot switch off the indicator lamp. Can you help?

I cannot park calls nor access Voicemail on my pbx. Are you able to look at this and reset whatever is the problem please?

I have a voicemail on 205 that I cannot access to delete. I have switched voicemail on and off but no good. If I dial the voicemail access codes I get the reorder tone. Are you able to help?

I have changed it just for extension 205 and still no change in tone. I did have it working with the wildcard at first but then I went messing with other things and no nothing. Do you have any ideas?

I added this and at first it worked but then I changed something else and now it doesn't work. I think I put everything else back the way it should be but I am not sure whether there is something still stuck in the source tab that shouldn't be. Are you able to reset or take a look for me?

Are we able to add alert-info on all trunks to tell this phone to ring like a standard Bellcore british ringer when receiving a call from outside via a trunk?

Faxes to my account don't appear to be getting delivered to the email. They show up in call monitor but don't get delivered. Is there a bug?

Hi

I am finding that music in hold is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it will work and play as expected but quite a lot it doesn't. This applies to transfer, hold, queue and first person in the conference. Do I need to do anything or is it a known bug?

Not sure whether I am doing anything wrong but I cannot do anything with the phone book in the control panel. It comes up with errors when impress any of the buttons. Is this right? Am I missing something?

I have upgraded today and changed my preferences to have British voices in the system. However, the voicemail and all other voice prompts ares till English American. Is this something that will rectify itself or will I need to do something?
