Tried that right away when switching to www4 servers. Made no difference. Hey - 10 years with just the one glitch. Not too bad.

Fixed it. Hopefully this will help others.

Final edit and solution - I deleted the catch all because it was doing nothing for me. Then I went into the extensions setting and changed all the extensions to "Audio bypass yes" and suddenly everything worked as usual. Then I changed them all back to "Audio bypass no" which is what the setting has always been anyway, and everything still works. So, that should not have fixed anything... But it did. My guess is when you guys moved servers around, underlying settings in confiq files were lost.

Also the on hold music was lost so I uploaded more. Works fine now.
Trunk dial plan was also gone. Had to redo that.

Thanks for helping. Hopefully there will be no more issues. I hate bugging people.

When calling between extensions:
Mind you no changes have been made to any of the extensions or the server config. I'm beginning to think that when you guys made changes to the server the underlying configs were altered / changed / corrupted. Example, my music on hold is also missing.

Also, this is when a call to any of my DIDs gets redirected to my PBXes account. All this worked fine til mid november and was never touched. I waited a while figuring you guys were making changes and would eventually resolve issues without me bugging anyone.

Thanks for any help you can offer. I'd hate to have to blow away the account and recreate it. You might try to restore my account from a backup 6 months ago since I never change it. And whatever magic you did to make me able to reply, you will need to do that again. Because I can't reply.

I have had this service for years. I have 4 separate lines registered on 3 different physical devices in 3 different states. All the devices work but PBXs just stopped allowing calls between the lines about Nov - December 2020. And its still down. Thinking this might be a "We need money" issue, I have subscribed to your monthly soho service. So I am now a paying customer with a paying customer request. Whatever you did to break the service on all my devices at once, please fix it. The devices all register fine as they always have for years. But since Mid Nov 2020 They get no incoming calls or outgoing calls. When someone tries to make a call there is a quick flash on the status page and then nothing. Seeing as how no changes have been made on my PBXs account and no changes made on any of the devices, this is a problem caused by some change made at your end. Please fix it.

I got this reply, which I consider as more moderation and less helpful:
This can have the following reasons:
* A long aged discussion has been straightened.
* It was a double posting. Please search for existing discussions before opening new ones.

I have already read those threads. Have already switched to www4. Have already tried pbxes.com vs .org. Also, as I said, this is accross 3 seperate device with 3 serperate public IPs in areas stretching from the USA east coast, to hawaii to Asia Pacific. You made a change that killed everything everywhere all at once. Please take a look at my account. Its not something I broke.
