No sending to voicemail 09.11.2016 16:15 Forum: Bugs

Hello,

On 2 different SOHO accounts that we have, calls are not being sent to voicemail after 30 seconds as set up in General Settings. Instead, the calls are being terminated.

How can we fix this?

Thanks,
Fred

Now that www3's IP has been changed, the connection to FreeVoipDeal is up again.

Yeah, well there are issues with VoiceTrading as well, as far as I can read.

Of course, I understand that since we're on shared IP, the freedays don't work with Betamax -- it makes sense to me.

I have received an answer from the FreeVoipDeal Customer Service today:

Zitat:
Dear Customer,

It seems that Pbxes.org is blocking something.

Please use sipgo on www.sipgo.com and it will work fine.

Kind regards,
Customer service

So I really don't know what to think. If nobody wants to look into this, how will it get solved?

You're right, pbxes may just have been blocked last week. I opened a ticket asking them if they did, and they said no. Yesterday, I wrote them again, showing them the errors I was still getting and asking them specifically if they were blocking www3 which I'm on. I'm still waiting for an answer. I'm using another Betamax trunk, with which there's no issue with pbxes.

I have read similar issues with Betamax across the Forum, namely in the German section (I don't speak DE, but Google helped me get the general idea). So I guess if everyone who has such an issue with FreeVoipDeal opens a ticket to complain, they would sort it out at one point? I mean, why do they block pbxes' IP in the first place? This brings a lot of paid traffic to them.

Hi,

There's a wiki entry on that : http://www1.pbxes.com/wiki/index.php/Mobile_Extensions

I believe the mobile extension allows you to enter the mobile phone number pbxes.org could call, in case your mobile is outside of a wifi/3g coverage (ie when your mobile extension is offline). You would pay for that call, through one of your trunks.

RE: Sip Authentication Failure 08.04.2013 11:29 Forum: Terminal Equipment

Hi,

I have a similar problem.

As of today, I can no longer register to my extension #1505 using my ATA (cisco SPA112). On the pbxes status page, my extension is marked as online, although it isn't. I have deleted the extension and recreated it with a new password -- it was immediately seen as online by pbxes although it wasn't. I have created a new extension (#1200) and the ATA fails to register to it. That new extension, however, is correctly seen as being offline on the status page. The ATA does have access to the internet, as it does connect directly to the trunk.

I can connect to my sipdroid extension without any issue.

This has happened after I tried to switch from www3 to www1 after I read on the forum it could possibly help solve a betamax-related issue, which it didn't. I switched back to www3, and since then my ATA can no longer register.

Any help/suggestion welcome.

Kind regards,
Fred

UPDATE:
After maybe 2 hours, the status page shows extension 1505 as offline, which is on par with its current state. The ATA still cannot register though :o(

2ND UPDATE:
I checked the ATA again, after maybe 4 or 5 hours, to find it connected. I did nothing in the interval, leaving the ATA trying to register on and on endlessly. I'm glad it now works, but at the same time am a bit frustrated I don't know what happened and why it couldn't register earlier.

Problem with FreeVoipDeal 04.04.2013 10:43 Forum: Providers

Hello,

Since April 03, 2013, I can no longer make calls using one of my trunks (sip.freevoipdeal.com) from Pbxes.org: I get the "call cannot be completed as dialed" message. I have made no changes to my setup on Apr. 03, and it worked perfectly up until then. Of course, I do have credit on that voip account.

I can continue to make calls as usual through my other trunks, namely sip.nomado.eu.

I can use FreeVoipDeal if I connect my ATA directely to it, thus bypassing Pbxes.org.

Can somebody check what is going on?

EDIT:
I checked my system logs, as this is what I am finding regarding FreeVoipDeal:
VERBOSE[74346] logger.c: -- Called FreeVoipDeal/0032XXXXXXXXX
VERBOSE[74346] logger.c: -- SIP/FreeVoipDeal-a9b5 is circuit-busy
VERBOSE[74346] chan_sip.c: Hangup call SIP/FreeVoipDeal-a9b5, SIP callid xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@sip.freevoipdeal.com

Thank you,
Fred
