When I call a classic extension from another extension using OVH.net outbound trunk, it works well but when I receive a call through another trunk, the classic extension rings correctly but I have no sound at all. The call monitor shows me that OVH trunk is correctly used.
If I use ippi.fr as the outbound trunk it is working correctly.
I do not understand why OVH can correctly connect me directly but doesn't work when somebody calls from outside.
Am I having a config problem or an interoperability problem.

I have opened a free account to a friend of mine and I have made the mistake to call his trunk freephonie the same name that one of my trunks . However it is not using any of the phone number or service that I am using only the name of one trunk is in common. He is now requested to cancel his free account . The trunk name is now changed and he has now absolutely nothing in common with me.
Can you please refrain from canceling his account or should he cancel it and create a new one .
