28.06.2008 18:08 Forum: PBXes PRO

It's still unclear to me. I,ve created in the shop a new Soho account and got a confirmation e-mail about it. Still I have in the shop also a Premium account with the button 'Unsubscribe". My Pay Pal account shows only the subscription of the PBXes Pro and the new Soho account. I really think it's silly that one cannot see what kind of subscriptions are active, how long and which Pay pal account is coupled...

Hope i'am not paying double now!

regards
Fred

Payment details 27.06.2008 21:17 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hi

More then a year ago we created our account and entered also in the PRO beta. When this Pro service was out of beta we subscribed to it, but on a different Pay Pal account than the original PBX subscription. Today we received an email that the original subscription is now being terminated because of payment failure. That's right, because that Pay pal account has no longer a valid credit card. However, my Pro subscription is still being payed for and I would like to transfer the original PBX subscription to this account. How can i do that?

The email says that if this is not being solved within 24 hours I will lose my subscription and all my extensions. This is silly, you should give users an overview of the status of the different subscriptions and an option to change things...

mail queue set 1996 14.03.2008 16:33 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hi

As a user of PBXes Pro i use it a lot to send out campaign emails
Suddenly it stopped working.
I have reported this problem several months ago and the you did a fix.

Now it's back again:
Problem is that when i try to send out a newsletter the mails in the email queue are schedelud to send out in 1996. This will not work of course.

Hope you can fix it again?

Fred

Thanks

It works now...

The wrong date in the mailqueue was showing when one created a new campaign message. When the mail was send out, the targeted emails go to the mailqueue. When looking at this queue (under admin settings) I noticed that it said it was scheduled to send on some date in 1996...
But last night all worked as it should be.

However some questions about the mailqueue remain.
1. Is scheduled mail sending working now? Nothing happens when the time to send has arrived. It will not be send until I go into admin settings and push the button 'Send scheduled emails".

2. the number of emails it sends out after pushing this button is always 250. I raised the batch number under admin settings but no change. When sending out 2000 mails I have to push the "Send scheduled emails" 8 times to get them all out...

I created a complet new campaign and new tracker URL's but still no joy...

However. My account has been moved to the www3 server several weeks ago. Maybe that's the problem? I use an old email template that was created on the www5 server. Also old traget lists with several hundred adresses.

Something else I noticed is that the system sometimes gives wrong dates. When I edit a campaign or message it gives a creation of date some date in 2000. Scheduled mail was in the mailqueue with a date that it would be sent out some date in 1996 ???

campaign trackers 10.09.2007 22:26 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hi

I used the campaign trackers and opt-out link several times during testing of the email campaign functionality. However, now they seem not to work anymore? The links point towards PBxes but the user is not being redirected to the the target URL.

Thx

It's all back ;-)

I will test the base-URL's, but that seems okay now.
Mail scheduling can be worked around by going into the 'manage mailqueue' settings under admin and choose 'send queued mails'. However, the scheduled date and time must have passed at the moment you issue the command, otherwise it won't send it...

Here I noticed a bug. Sometimes when editing a campgaign the system will change the date of the newsletter to jan. 2000. When this happens it can't be changed back to the original date and it won't send out. The only solution I found was creating a new campaign.

Hi

All my data in PBXes Pro is gone !!!
All imported contacts, mailing list targets, emails and so forth are missing...

The screen is displaying this warning: Warning: To safeguard your data, the installer must be locked by setting 'installer_locked' to 'true' in the config.php file.

Something wrong after updating?
Hope you can reset my data?

campaign module 10.08.2007 22:34 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hi

I 'am currently testing the campaign module and newsletter functionality.
Seems very interesting, but I encountered some problems.

The tracker URL and opt-out URLs are not working. The system generates a tracker link that starts with https://pbxes/crm/..... This will of course not work. I also noticed this same URL in the admin settings, so it looks like the base URL in the system is not set to right value?

Also scheduled email when sending the newsletter is not working. I can send a test mail to a test target list which will get send out immediately. However all normal mail will be scheduled as set in the campaign. It appears in the queue list with the scheduled date and time but will never be send out. The Sugar documentation states that the system needs to have the 'mass email scheduler' activated. Maybe that's the problem here?

Fred
