QoS 12.11.2011 20:40 Forum: Terminal Equipment

Hello,

I'm trying to setup QoS on my motorola router/modem. What is the External IP Address for pbxes.com on port 5060?

And for protocol do I use TCP, UDP, ICMP or OTHER?

Many thanks for your help.

I just changed the port for both lines to 5060 and it worked. I was using a Netopia router.

Thanks for the hint!

enter callers to queue and remove and ring when available? 23.06.2011 19:41 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

Is it possible to enter callers into a Queue (say example 200) and then when an agent is available have it ring and leave the queue? So, it wouldn't enter the queue if there are agents available.

I have tried routing all calls through the ring group and fail over to a queue. But if I have a call on the extension (100 example) then it would be disconnected if someone enters the ring group or queue unglücklich.
I have set the queue to fail over to 200?
I really dont know what to do now?

wütend Long ringing tone? 22.06.2011 22:42 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

At the moment, in the UK and Ireland, when you phone a traditional number it beeps twice (2x one second) and then about two seconds and beeps twice again and so on.
However, the PBX seem to have logn beeps for 4 or 5 seconds and then a blank for 2 seconds. Is it possible to have it normally as customers are complaining about how wired our phones are.

edit: Got it: Go to Sources and edit it there

Play message and hangup 15.04.2011 23:01 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

I would like to assign an extension (say 1010 for example) and have it play a message to the caller and then hangup. How do I go about this?

Basically, when we close (varys, so auto forward isn't an option) we forward calls by dialling *21*<destination> Call Forwarding Unconditional Activation.

Excellent service by the way.
