Hello,

we used to have a SoHo account and ordered and paid for a Premium subscription by yearly purchase yesterday and it seems the Paypal subscription was successful.

This morning we received a cancellation of the Paypal subscription, but the funds were transferred.

- Will it take a while to reflect the Premium status in our Personal Data?
- Will I have to manually cancel the SoHo subscription once it shows the Premium subscription or should it be done now?

Hello!

Is there any resolution to the white noise instead of ringing sound that can be used by a Soho account? The solution someone posted above about modifying the source would only work for a premium account. The service is so close to perfect, but this sure is an annoying sound for callers!
