RE: Fixed 24.08.2017 17:02 Forum: Bugs

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

To clarify:

We were on Server 3 which wasn't generating emails even after a restart

We have now moved to Server 4 - and emails are now working.

We were never on Server 2.

All the best,
James

RE: Notification and voice mail emails stopped 24.08.2017 16:09 Forum: Bugs

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've just retested and nothing has come through - so it looks like we still have the same issue.

I'll have a look at changing server.

All the best,
James

Notification and voice mail emails stopped 24.08.2017 11:48 Forum: Bugs

A few weeks ago all our notification for missed call and voicemail emails have stopped working.

I've double checked all settings - and all looks well. Have there been any issues or does anybody know what I can do to get them started again, please?

Many thanks,
James

All our phones won't register this morning either, and the status page gives an error.

Do we need to do anything?

RE: WAV format 13.01.2015 12:53 Forum: Miscellaneous

Thank you.
I made a small mistake as we are premium not pro customers and can't save that file. Is there anyway for us to get the playable voicemail attachments?

Many thanks,
James

WAV format 06.01.2015 13:57 Forum: Miscellaneous

Is it possible to change the voicemail email attachment format from WAV as chrome won't play them?

We have a PRO account but I wasn't able to post in that forum so trying here.

Thanks for any help,
James

RE: Using a specific trunk to call classic extensions 04.04.2014 15:57 Forum: Miscellaneous

HI, thanks is that the same as a custom dial pattern under a outbound route?

I've tried just putting the number but that didn't seem to work - should it be in a particular format?

Using a specific trunk to call classic extensions 02.04.2014 11:47 Forum: Miscellaneous

Hi, I've set up a trunk to use for calling classic extensions to preserve the incoming CLI. What's the best way of setting up a dial rule to use this trunk for all classic extension calling? Thanks

Recommendation for office move with pbxes 08.03.2012 12:28 Forum: Miscellaneous

We've been using pbxes for several months to run a virtual office where 3 of us are in remote locations and can transfer calls between us etc.

We are now taking the plunge and moving into an office, what is the best way to set this up with pbxes.org? Is it worth getting a DrayTek style router that has VOIP built in and using it as a sub pbx? How can we best save bandwidth internally between calls yet also have the option to use extensions remotely?

Any recommendations would be gratefully received.
