Thread: RE: Fixed |

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply.
To clarify:
We were on Server 3 which wasn't generating emails even after a restart
We have now moved to Server 4 - and emails are now working.
We were never on Server 2.
All the best,
James

Thread: RE: Notification and voice mail emails stopped |

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've just retested and nothing has come through - so it looks like we still have the same issue.
I'll have a look at changing server.
All the best,
James

Thread: RE: Notification and voice mail emails stopped |

A few weeks ago all our notification for missed call and voicemail emails have stopped working.
I've double checked all settings - and all looks well. Have there been any issues or does anybody know what I can do to get them started again, please?
Many thanks,
James

All our phones won't register this morning either, and the status page gives an error.
Do we need to do anything?

Thread: RE: WAV format |

Thank you.
I made a small mistake as we are premium not pro customers and can't save that file. Is there anyway for us to get the playable voicemail attachments?
Many thanks,
James

Is it possible to change the voicemail email attachment format from WAV as chrome won't play them?
We have a PRO account but I wasn't able to post in that forum so trying here.
Thanks for any help,
James

Thread: Recommendation for office move with pbxes |
|
We've been using pbxes for several months to run a virtual office where 3 of us are in remote locations and can transfer calls between us etc.
We are now taking the plunge and moving into an office, what is the best way to set this up with pbxes.org? Is it worth getting a DrayTek style router that has VOIP built in and using it as a sub pbx? How can we best save bandwidth internally between calls yet also have the option to use extensions remotely?
Any recommendations would be gratefully received.
