All our extensions are down. Restart does not work. Unable to transfer to another server as alternatives are missing.

Hi,
Is it possible for the Conference admin/moderator to mute all users in the conference? Example: Only Moderator talks, and all users who have dialled into the conference can only listen and not speak. Is this possible?
An answer will be much appreciated.

Hi,
All my phones have been offline since yesterday. I am a paid account & used to be on www7. Somehow this time my account did not automatically transfer to a backup server as it usually does.
On trying manual switching of servers it is throwing me to www1 by default even if I select www3. All my extensions are still offline.
Please help to fix!

Hello there,
I am unable to find the auto dialler option to run a call centre campaign in PbxesPRO. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Would appreciate some help & advice from the old folk. :-)
Plus, my callback function has stopped working. Monitor logs an incoming call but does not dial back. Function used to work fine earlier.
