I have installed siptapi to call from outlook to contact using pbxes. It works, however it always rings on my main extension. I have tried to enter severals differtent options in the extension field in siptapi. None seem to work. Does anybody have experience with this?

"SOLVED". The problem was with my sip client on the windows phone. Both Linphone and Zoiper did register but did not receive incomming calls. I worked fine whith a Yealink T28.

I try to log in to my account but that doesnt work. tried to get email for resetting pasword, but I get no email. username is definitely right. I'm quit sur the password is correct to. However it fails to login.
Can you please have a look at this? I need to make changes to the configuration.

OK every fine now.. switched to www2 instead of www1.
And I did get a new passwordlink in the mail.

I've connected my 3CX local PBX to the Hosted PBX Dialing from the local PBX to the HostedPBX works fine. To extensions of the hosted PBX as well as external phones.
However I cannot reach an extension on the local PBX dialing from the hosted PBX. All extensions on the local pbx have 4 digit numbers. I've created an outbound rule with the following dialpattern : 9|ZXXX with the SubPBXes as the required trunk.
I keep getting the message : Your call cannot be completed as dialed.
When looking at the call monitor it doesn't choose any trunk. I can't figure it out. Who can help?

Outbound calls keep hanging up. In the call monitor I can see it is trying to use pbxes.org as a trunk instead of the normal trunk.
I've updated the extensions but to no avail.

Can you please look in to this.

i control my pbx from my ipad. Works fine but the only thing that doesn't work is the status overview. It doesn' t show anything. Would be nice in this day and age of ipads and other tabltets if this could be made to work.

for some odd reason my speedtouch wl780 Will not register to pbxes.org.
It registers fine to for example sip.justvoip.com.
I checked my extension settings, username and password are set OK.
I tried different ports and the ip adres for pbxes
I'm quite certain that it is me doing something wrong. But what?


Problem solved. I had the setting for sip uri wrong. Changed it from pbxes.org to xxxxx.ext.

I have the following problem ;

When I dial in the phone rings but drops after 2 rings. When i look in the call monitor I can see the incomming call but in the collumn App it says "congestion".
Does anybody know what i do wrong?

When i set call forwarding for the extension it forwards the call. So it looks to me that it has something to do with the settings of the extension.

Solved the problem. I set the handoff to yes.

Unfortunatly i now seem to have one way audio issues
