Yes, I just checked my mail and I've got a confirmation email the old account was removed so I still don't know why my account was blocked. Thanks for any advise.

Unable to access account 08.01.2012 22:19 Forum: Bugs

Hi,

It seems the server hosting my account is down, today I had to switch my account to Soho as it was suspended for no apparent reason. I thought having a paid account would provide automatic failover in case a server fails.

What do I need to do to move to a working server? I'm unable to reach the web configuration panel after login (connection timeout)

Regards,

Disabled account for unknown reason 08.01.2012 18:11 Forum: Miscellaneous

Hi,

I currently hold a single pbxes account, and I have never exceeded the 2000 minutes limit. Today I found out it was disabled. Can anyone provide more information on why this happens? The mail says I've violated the terms of services but I can't see a reason how this happened.

A couple of months ago I had a second account but I quickly corrected this and now I only use this one.

Thanks in advance for any information.

Regards

Unable to set domain in trunk 09.11.2011 13:29 Forum: Bugs

Dear all,

I believe a have found a critical error in the system. I'm currently unable to set a domain for my trunk.

If I configure everything except the domain I can verify the sip.conf is set as expected. Once I try to set the domain, the register string is incorrectly changed to:

register=<username>:<passwd>@<username>/<trunkid>

As you can see instead of domain it would use username as the domain. If i remove the domain from the config it goes back to use SIP server as expected.

The trunk I'm referring to is SIP/3934541. I would appreciate your help as I believe this is the reason why I'm unable to receive calls in this specific trunk.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Luis

RE: Google Voice Peering 01.11.2011 13:27 Forum: News

Is there any way to change the status in Gtalk? Calls are working just fine but I'm shown to others as "Online" with status "Online and Available", when people write me gtalk (pbxes) goes offline for a couple of seconds and then comes back with the same status.

I receive the message as soon as I log in Gmail but the status is misleading to all my contacts.

Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks,
Luis
