For inbound calls on the GV trunk, Call Screening always seems to be enabled, although I have disabled it in my GV settings. Is it possible to turn this off? Thanks! -nsc |

When using GV inbound routing to PBXes, is it still possible for unanswered calls to go to GV voice mail? If so, can anyone point me to the correct settings?
Thanks,

Thread: Display outgoing-only trunks in status display |
|
Currently, the status display shows trunks only if they are registered for incoming connections. When those trunks are used for an outgoing connection, one can see the trunk become active in the status display.
I would like the status display to include unregistered outgoing-only trunks so that the same visual feedback will be available.
Would that be possible to add?
Thanks,
nsc

Thread: RE: Outbound Caller Id |

This is good news. I just want to point out that the option is sendrpid not sendprid -- I'm sure that it will need to be spelled properly for the new code to work correctly. I will test this on my Callcentric trunk as soon as it is implemented. Thanks!

Clicking "Add Forum to Favorites" or "Add Thread to Favorites" at the top of the respective views, results in an error message "Our apologies - this page was not found."

Thread: Clicking "Search Docs >>" does nothing |
|
Hi,
On my main setup screen, if I enter some text into the Search Docs box and hit enter, it works fine. But if I enter the text and click the "Search Docs >>" link, it does nothing.
My browser is Firefox 3.6.6.
By comparison, with "Search Forum" it works either way (hit enter or click the "Search Forum >>" link).
Edit: On the main forum screen, clicking neither link after entering text will work; only pressing enter has any result.
Thanks,
nsc

I am not Dean, but third application in addition to those you listed would be to pass through caller ID on a trunk when forwarding to a classic extension.

I'd also like this sendrpid=yes feature. I'm willing to wait for it to be implemented instead of paying for support. When it is implemented, will it be for extensions only, or can it also be set at the trunk level? Thanks.

I would like the sendrpid=yes option as well so that outbound caller ID will work properly. Thanks.
