Problem solved. They had blocked it after all, it was justhard for them to admit it.

You may be right, diificult to get them to do anything. Can my account be moved to a different server?

iplink.no is the one with the problem, and today it's the same with Callcentric.com.

When I configured iplink on a different account that I manage, it worked straight away with EXACTLY the same settings. I have now disabled that test.

It all started when I temporaryly disabled teh iplink no. by doing a change in the username to test something elsewhere. When putting it correct again, it would not register.

Yesterday, I started to get a registration problem with one of my trunks. I have tried to register it once again, but same problem. If Iuse the same with a SIP-phone to the SIP-provider, there is no problem. Could anything be bloxk at PBX?

As my current credit card with Paypal was recently changed, Paypal says I have to start a new subscription with you to be able to pay. Is this really correct?

Payment was rejected today, new attempt willbe done in three days.

It was finally rejected today as the new credit card could not be used. The credit card was not removed, just expired and hence could not be used for subscription. And of course no reply from PBXes. The only thing received regarding PBXes was as follows:

This can have the following reasons:

* You requested cancellation of a subscription.
* You failed to make a payment.
* You removed your credit card from PayPal account.

There is a grace period of 24 hours (14 days for PBXes PRO)
from now for renewing the subscription.

I have the same problems with my extensions. It happened after something went wrong with WWW3.pbxes and the account was moved to WWW4.pbxes. Think it happened around noon European time, and the problem still exists at 3.40 in the morning, that is more than 15 hours!!!
