I would like to know if there is a way not to automatically renew my subscription?
If I cancel it in Paypal the item has remove from my account immediately even I have plenty of time left from last payment.

I suggest to have an time based outbound routing feature. One of my trunk has a special discount on certain time frame. I think it will be better to route to that trunk in that specific time frame.

I know there is a issue of www2 and the system switch me to www4. Say when www2 is back online and you switch me back to www2, will I be disconnected if I happened to be on the phone? Can I choose to stay at www4?

I find a interesting problem with my account. I can only have two channel at the same time. When I try to do a conference call, People dail 89101 to join. However, I found that only two people could join. after two people joined, other people cannot join the conference neither could they make a outband or inband call.
what is the problem?
It it because I only have two G729 Subscription? Even if I uncheck G729, it doesn't help.

Since when my SIPDroid answered the calls from queue, Speex codec is always be used even I set GSM a higher propriety.

Hi, I just switch from Soho to Premium. But my soho has not yet reach it's expire date, although I cancel the soho subscription when I buy Premium. Will I be able to claim those unused soho money back?

log? I try to move to different server, it won't record. Last log is this morning before I move to www2 from www6.

My CallThru calls will be discounted every 15 minutes. I am not sure if it is the Voip provider hangup or Pbxes.

As my account, only one Callthru could be placed at a time and I only have one G729 licence.
