Did you have to do anything else to get it working? I switched to www3, confirmed the security alert on my Google account page, hit submit and start, and still can not make outgoing calls. (Same error in the log, everyone is busy/congested, although the call list shows no trunk associated with the call attempt).

Also, are you noticing any degradation in the call quality? I made a test call with a non-Google trunk while I was on www3 and the quality was horrible, I assume due to the long distance between me and the www3 server.

We accessed our Google Voice from www1 where our PBXes account is hosted. This can be changed on PBXes in Personal Data.

Moving to www4 lead to the same error as you observed. Try changing to www1 to solve the issue.

Sorry for a stupid question, but how do I change to www1? I can't find it in the drop down...

Try calling a different number. Our service is working as usual.

Sir,

There are 4 of us in this thread, as well as another gentleman in this thread (http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=1380093365), who all have this issue.

Is PBXes' official stance still that there are no problems?

Everyone else,

If you feel like taking the time to set it up, I found another Google Voice to SIP gateway that is working fine. It is located here:

Hello. With no warning, I suddenly started getting "your call cannot be completed" with my free Google Peering created by SIPDROID (which had been working fine for more than a year). I upgraded to Soho, deleted the GV trunk, and added it again. Still, I have the exact same issue. Incoming calls are fine. Only outgoing is a problem.

Please help!!

You're not alone... see this thread:

Unfortunately, PBXes' only reply so far has been to say that everything is working fine and to try calling a different number.

RE: ResetCDR 25.09.2013 13:26 Forum: Bugs

I am also unable to place GTalk/Google Voice calls on two different accounts.

EDIT:
I have tried 2 different PBXes accounts, for a total of 4 different Google Voice accounts. I have verified all passwords, re-registered the GTalk trunks by saving them again, and restarted my service by selecting "Submit and start" from the personal information screen. None of this has helped. I have also been able to successfully make calls through another Google Voice/SIP gateway, which worked flawlessly. So with all due respect to the moderator who said it was not on PBXes' end, it definitely appears to be on PBXes end.

For what it's worth, here is what I get in the log:
Sep 25 13:34:07 VERBOSE[126359] logger.c: -- Called [redacted]@gmail.com/+18004444444@voice.google.com
Sep 25 13:34:07 VERBOSE[126359] logger.c: -- Gtalk/+18004444444@voice.google.com-4fbe is ringing
Sep 25 13:34:07 VERBOSE[126359] logger.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

"From Header" when calling SIP URI 04.06.2013 22:28 Forum: Miscellaneous

Good afternoon all,

Since no one has responded to my post about my specific issue (setting up bulk911.com), I've continued to try to figure this out on my own, and now have a more generic question.

I am using an extension to forward to a SIP URI since the SIP URI begins with a number only.
How do I set the "From Header" when calling a SIP URI? Sending RPID is only an option for trunks, not extensions. No matter what I set my extension's Caller ID to, and no matter what I set the Caller ID of the extension forwarding to the SIP URI to, the "Caller ID" (I assume this would be the SIP From Header) that is passed is always the extension number. How do I change this?

Thanks for the help...

Rob

Need help setting up E911 with bulk911.com 03.06.2013 18:04 Forum: Miscellaneous

Good morning,

I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I had a local VoIP provider, for E911 use, but they are going out of business. I want to try bulk911.com.
To use bulk911.com, you register your phone number and address. To place a 911 call, you call 911@sip.bulk911.com. To place a TEST call, you call 922@sip.bulk911.com.
I'm able to call the SIP URI by setting up a SIP extension that forwards to the appropriate SIP URI. However, bulk911.com uses caller ID (or RPID) for verification, which must match the phone number you have registered with them. When I call my PBXes extension that is set up to forward to SIP URI 922@bulk911.com, the caller ID is always sent as the extension number I placed the call from.
Can anyone help me?

Rob
