Hangup on fax from popfax 26.09.2009 18:10

Context :
I have parametered the fax on a dummy Inbond route on System:ok
I have tested by calling on the fax to check the fax tone :ok

Incident :
I tested 2 times the fax from popfax.com, I have the following error
2009-09-26 18:02:07 : ext-fax Hangup 00:00:27
2009-09-25 12:02:59 : ext-fax Hangup 00:00:27

Can you explain why the connection is closed at 27 sec?

I cannot enter the call center I get the error :
