Hi,

Just a question about logs when setting up an internal call with a Snom 821 firmware 8.7.5.35
Call starts in g722 format then it changes to ulaw but why?
The g722 frames are dropped
Format changes again before the actual audio is transmitted.

Client of mine has a problem with the verification payment on account easysystems. Every time they want to subscribe to the Premium account they get a new verification payment and not the payment for the Premium account. Because they can't pay they can't get support either. How can we solve this?
