I have moved the extensions that were at #2 and #7 to other options as a dirty temporary fix, but the problem remains if we add any extension to options #2 or #7.

Achtung Digital receptionnist menu option 2 and 7 not working 29.06.2020 10:03 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

Since a few days, the option 2 and 7 in the digital receptionnist menu produces an error "Invalid option" even though the option exists in the menu option links to an registered extension.

I have tested

  • calling the extension directly -> workng
  • configuring the same extension on a different menu option --> working
  • deleting and recreating the menu -> no change
  • tested all other positions with the same extension from 1 to 9 in the menu configuration -> working, except 2 and 7

The log shows the DTMF command is recognized, but what happens after is a mystery:

Here is the log

Jun 29 10:47:09 VERBOSE[18293] logger.c: -- Playing 'custom/menu_collaborateurs' (language 'fr')
Jun 29 10:47:14 VERBOSE[46392] logger.c: * DTMF-relay event received: 2
Jun 29 10:47:17 VERBOSE[18293] logger.c: -- Playing 'invalid' (language 'fr')

Please help !!!

Fragezeichen G722 for voice messages 31.08.2017 14:59 Forum: Feature Requests

Hello,

Our trunks, phones and the PBX support the G722 codec (HD Voice) with a 16 kHz sampling rate.

Now we want to have voice messages (digital receptionist and voicemail) in high fidelity as well.

I've tried to upload a 16 kHz 16 bits WAV file, but it is rejected unglücklich

Thanks for your answer.

www3 seems to have a peering problem since midnight: https://www1.pbxes.com/nagios/cgi-bin//e...service=PEERING

Try to move you account to www1 in the meantime.

Inbound routing: more time periods 19.08.2016 14:53 Forum: Feature Requests

Hello,

In the incoming routes, the user can only define 3 time periods. We need more. To suit all needs, instead of having a number of static empty fields in the form, I suggest to add a button that dynamically insert new time periods to the form.

Thanks for your answer

Achtung RE: Ring Groups Hunting 13.07.2011 15:22 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

We have a ring group #1 for extension #201 and #202.
#201 must ring first, then #201 and #202 (memory hunt).
Destination if no answer: Voicemail #209.

When using the hunt or memory hunt policy, the caller always get an error after ~20sec "the call cannot be completed as dialed, please try your call again later". When using the ringall policy, the call is properly forwarded to the voicemail IF the ring time is no more than 20 seconds. Any higher value gets the error message.

How is this value taken into account in the context of a hunt? Is it the ring time for each extension of the list of the complete ring group?

In General Settings, we've set to transfer calls to voicemail after 25 seconds ringtime (I've also tried to increase/decrease this value without success).

The extensions 201 and 202 themselves have voicemail disabled, so this should not conflict.

In my opinion, there should still be a bug with the hunting feature.

Please help, I've been searching over this issue for more than one hour unglücklich

Voicemail e-mails not received 24.09.2010 15:28 Forum: Bugs

Hello,

Since several weeks, the voicemail messages are not forwarded to e-mail anymore. The e-mail server is working indeed. The voice messages can still be listened to by dialing *97 (if the extension is not configured to delete them after forwarding).

We are using the Premium account "opf" with ~10 extensions on www3 and all extensions voicemails are experiencing the same problem. I have tried to create a new extension and to change the forwarding e-mail address but no e-mail is received as well.

I have a customer with another Premium account on www1 who doesn't have the problem, so maybe it is specific to www3?

Please investigate this problem, thanks
