SNOM 300 and Attended transfer troubles 09.07.2010 11:23 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hello,

We're having trouble with the 'Attended transfer' and our SNOMs 300 devices.

Each time we try to use the 'Attended transfer' the call hangs up as soon as phoneA transfers phoneB (on hold) to phoneC.

Steps are:

Put the call on hold > Dial the number that you wish to transfer the call to > If the
third party wishes to accept the call, press the Transfer key.

It's quite critical and I hope to receive ASAP a feedback about it, as there are no ways to contact the PBX maintainer directly.

Please let me know, and thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

RE: reach a local extension from outside directly through inbound numbers 08.03.2010 12:25 Forum: PBXes PRO

Diafora tnx for your response.
I'll try to me more clear.

1- yes.. that was an example generic number =) anyway I want to specifically use a DID from outside. So if I have +39123456 and +39123457 I only want extension to be reachable "directly" from the first one

2- it means again an example generic number that it's usually added from standard line PBXes to reach "directly" local extensions from outside

3- yes I can reach them. But I do not want to put in the business card +39123456,ext ... I'd prefer to put something like +391234560ext

I hope I was more clear now =)
Let me know if you need any other explanation.

Tnx a lot

reach a local extension from outside directly through inbound numbers 05.03.2010 11:28 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hello everyone,
I'd like to reach a local extension from outside through the inbound numbers.

I actually can accomplish this with +39123456,,ext where +39123456 is my external number.. the ",," are the commas as a 4 seconds pause and the ext part is the extension I want to reach.

What I need is a way to reach every extension directly, whitout any pause I mean.. like

+39123456-0-ext

Let me know if you need any other explanation and if you have a clue about this =)

Thank you

traurig URGENT BUG with static agents 22.07.2009 12:12 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hello, I just noticed that static agents are "alphabetically" ascending ordered automatically.. this is not acceptable, cause there's no logic behind this decision.

Please, fix this problem ASAP cause it is quite foundamental to choose in what order I want extension to be rung.

Thank you

Fragezeichen lower total number of extension 09.07.2009 12:05 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hello everyone,
does anybody have a clue on how to lower the total number of extension bought for a PBXes PRO account?

I mean I now have 30 extensions, right? I found out that I don't need 6 of them and I want to lower (so to save some money Zunge raus) the total number of extensions.. I looked a bit around the control panel but without any result.

Thanks for any advice.

advice about digital recordings 26.06.2009 15:06 Forum: PBXes PRO

Hello, I just wanted to give an advice about the system recordings section.

When you press on that section title, it first asks you're extensions and then redirects to the list of the system recordings.

AFAIK the extension asked is for later registering the audio.
I was askin myself why is it needed to alwasys request the extension.
Couldn't it be asked when "add recordings" is pressed?
Is this behaviour only present for me? Am I missing something?

Thanks for everything, and keep up the good work smile

RE: "Voice Menu" in queue not audible 12.06.2009 15:15 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

still not working here unglücklich

any news?

edit:
resampling the audio with 8000hz rate, mono and 16bit with sox worked for the systems recording.. now the problem is the music on hold.
It looks like wav file all tell that it's "bad format" file and mp3 are not played.

any idea?
