I have resolved this issue by re-saving every extension so this support message can be closed.

For some reason all of our extensions are showing up as busy (when they"re not). It"s possible to dial out, but it"s not possible to dial any other extension.

Incoming calls to a group or queue aren"t working either as every extension is shown as "busy".

We are experiencing a similar issue.
We have a limit of 2 lines per trunk, and a sequence of 3 trunks on our outbound route.
We then use a queue to handle an inbound call and ring extensions (pstn numbers) which go out via the the outbound route. The first number will ring, the 2nd will then attempt to use the 1st trunk, fail and the end call will be played a "this call can not be connected as dialed" message and then hung up on.

This seems to be a bug to me.

Hi,

Two extensions (101 and 201) seem to be locked in somekind of call which has been going on for the last 71 hours. I can't seem to be able to reset the pbx to end the call. The phones themselves register and can call out but no calls can be received by them as they said they are in "in use".
