RE: www2 backup not the same as www4 06.04.2011 08:28 Forum: Bugs

Under my profile Australia\Melbourne is still linked to www2. This is still causing a problem as our business and out of business hours time settings can not be used.

When will Australia\Melbourne be linked backed to www4?

When will our www4 account be migrated to www2 correctly? It has been several months now and essentially we have no backup server.

www2 backup not the same as www4 06.04.2011 07:09 Forum: Bugs

Hi,

We are normally on www4, but have been moved to www2 as there was a problem with www4. But our setup is not the same on www2 . None of our welcome messages or hold music has been transferred over. Therefore www2 is not a backup for www4 as it is not configured the same.

Please help as this is causing big problems for our customers.

Thanks,

TechWise.

Incorrect data usage displaying 10.02.2010 06:53 Forum: Bugs

Hello,

Our data usage seems to have increased incorrectly since the problems with the servers the other day. We are at 1697 (3.4 GB) this month when we have only ever hit 3433 (6.9 GB) on our busy month and it is only the 10th of February.

Can you please review?

Thanks,

TechWise

Backup server not working: Please help ASAP 02.02.2010 01:32 Forum: Bugs

Hi,

I appears that on www2 our System Recordings and our on hold music has not copied over from www4. Hence our system is not working. Please make our ww2 configuration the same as www4.

Could you please restore the backup server (www2) to our configuration as per our www4 server setup. We are in Australia and this it is now business hours and we can not accept calls.

Please help.

Thanks,

Hayden.

Please note: I tried moving my timezone to (www6) to see if I could restore my configuration without success.

Inbounding routing Regular hours time settings not working for Australia 06.08.2009 02:44 Forum: Bugs

Hello,

Our time settings for Regular Hours does not appear to be working today. We are in Melbourne, Australia and it routes to the "after hours" rule despite meeting the regular hours.

Has been working fine until today. We have set the forced regular hours for now.

Please advise,

Tech Wise.

Melbourne Australia Timezone not correct 05.10.2008 23:13 Forum: Bugs

The Melbourne timezone for daylight savings moved forward this year by one month. This has not been updated in the pbxes.com system. Not sure how we get notified when the problem is corrected as we have adjusted our hours to counter act the problem. Is it possible to get emailed so we know to change our hours back?

verrückt Queue hanging up, timing and Voice menu not working 23.08.2008 03:31 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

HI,

I have 3 problems with the queues. Not sure if they are bugs or I'm doing something wrong:

1. Frequency in caller anouncements: I set it to one minute but it seems to play every 30 seconds

2. Calls are automatically hung up on after a time period of 1:30 to 2:30 mins. I've set the max wait time to 5 mins.

3. The voice menu does not play in the caller anouncements.

I'm new here so any help would be great.

Thanks,

Hayden.
