Well cannot understand that, anyway I've just created a new subscription and all now seems ok. I would note that in my pbxes personal data it showed 1 subscription, now I've created another and it still shows 1 subscription the same, hope thats sorted it.

RE: New Status Display 13.01.2020 23:52 Forum: News

Hi, well it seems to be getting better. I was using chrome on my windows 10 tablet with no luck, changed to Edge browser and got green indication momentarily during ringing only, changed back to chrome and now indication and call listing all appear correct. I am now happy with the functionality.
Thanks for help

The trunks are not sorted in order, they seem to be random.

RE: New Status Display 05.12.2019 09:09 Forum: News

The issue for me is firstly that I cannot see the status of all extensions and trunks at the same time, and secondly the information is not presented on a single screen but I have to scroll down.
Personally all I require is a simple single glance technical status display that shows me the registration status of my PBX. I do understand that others may have use for other functions relating to call centre type information.

RE: New Status Display 04.12.2019 16:13 Forum: News

Personally I much prefer the old status screen where I could see my whole pbx at one glance. This seems of more use to those who are actively managing the pbx functions, not for me who just checks status of extensions and trunks maybe once per day.

PBXes IP blacklisted by Callwithus 01.11.2018 14:17 Forum: Bugs

Hi,
Had a problem this morning with outgoing calls. It was caused by a trunk attempting to connect to Callwithus using an invalid username, the IP was subsequently blacklisted.
The invalid username is 050685173. Can you locate and delete this trunk before it causes us problems again.
Thanks

IP repeatedly banned by call provider 27.09.2016 12:51 Forum: Miscellaneous

My call provider keeps banning pbxes IP address because of repeated invalid requests. I have searched my log and they don't come from me with this port number. Is there any way to block these requests from this user as its causing me problems.

quote from my call provider:
Your IP address is being banned because you offer invalid usernames:

Sep 27 04:20:57 west2 /usr/local/sbin/kamailio[449]: ALERT: <script>: Invalid username 166392072 from udp:144.76.38.78:27537

First thing to try is a softphone, any should work to prove your config is ok first, I have always found cheap and cheerful routers easiest to start with. Can't help you specifically with your setup.

RE: HELP Needed ! Inbound/Outbound BUSY SIGNAL CALL MONITOR 12.05.2015 14:04 Forum: Terminal Equipment

Hi,
Sorry I can't be more help, but the pbxes help section mentions alternative ports and the use of ip address rather than name. I don't know if thats current or superceded information.
Also I note your spa is set to sip port 5064, don't know if that makes any difference. Maybe the answer lies in the pbxes log ?
You don't mention if your present config has ever worked or if any other extensions work (a soft phone for example).
Regards

Note:
Because of DNS entries for pbxes.org your device may be selecting port 5060 automatically. If you want to use an alternative port enter 144.76.38.78 as SIP server.
