RE: Transfer problems 26.08.2008 11:14 Forum: Terminal Equipment

The first thing i did with the phones, was to update the firmware to the latest.

It worked with the latest firmware, but then it suddently stopped. On all 6 m3 phones.

They are connected to 2 base stations, which i allso firmware updated.

How can i check the DTMF settings? Is it country specific?

Payments 25.08.2008 14:21 Forum: Miscellaneous

I have a premium account, and i have payed for 1 month.

How is this working, do i-p-tel send me a new bill for the next month automaticly? Some kind of paypal subscription?

I would like the payments to be automaticly, if not - i would like to change it to yearly payments.

Worst thing i could imagine, would be if i forgot 1 payment and the pbx is shut down :-)

Thanks

Transfer problems 25.08.2008 14:04 Forum: Terminal Equipment

I have 1 Snom 360 and 6 Snom M3 phones.

When i want to transfer a call between the extentions, i press ##EXTENTION

Example: ##201 - Normally it dials the extention, and i can hangup.

This used to work from every phone. Now it's only working on the Snom 360 phone.

If i press ##EXTENTION on the M3 phones during a call, nothing happens.

I have searched the forums - found a thread suggesting that i restarted my PBX. I have done that, without any results.

Any suggestions? Could it be the phones?

Thanks.

Voice prompts 11.08.2008 15:16 Forum: Queues, Digital Receptionist, Faxmail, Voicemail and Ring Groups

Hi.

Quick question, when i enable a Voicemail on an extention, a nice lady is announcing "extention number XXX is busy, please leave a message....." (in danish in my case tho'..)

In this case, the person who the voicemail account belongs to, chose to record a personal voicemail message.

Then, if someone is directed to the voicemail, 2 messages are played. First one with the danish lady, then the personal..

Is there anyway to disable the message from the lady? And let the users have full control of their own messages..?

Thanks.

When someone calling after hours, I would like to be able to play a "Sorry we are closed..." and the hangup.

Is it possible?

Thanks

RE: Fallover to mobile phone 06.08.2008 14:01 Forum: Miscellaneous

I have created an extention (2080) which points to my cell phone number.

My SIP is on extention 208. If i dial 2080 from my SIP phone, it dials the mobile phone fine.

On my SIP phone, i dialed *922080 - It tells me that extention 208 is forwarded to 2080.

Right now im testing, so incomming route is only dialing 208.

So i try disconnecting the network cable from my 208 extention. Wait 1 minute or so, and from another phone i try and dial my pbx.. Nothing happens, the call is not forwarded.

I'm guessing that either i made a mistake, or the system has not yet registeret that 208 is disconnected. If so, how much time would it take to realize it? I was hoping for it to be instantly?

Thanks.

Actually - I just browsed the link you sent on *92 - maybe that's excactly what I'm looking for..

So, classical extention - and *92 to that sounds like something that might work - I'll test it out..

Thanks.

I need it to be transparant.. I can't dial any number from the SIP phones if the internet is down....

Doing this thru ring groups or queue failover seems more intersting - Did you have any specific suggestion?

Fallover to mobile phone 02.08.2008 09:42 Forum: Miscellaneous

Hello.

I'm finishing a setup with 7 SIP phones connected to PBXes. (7 extentions). And all incoming/outgoing calls is done by 1 SIP account. Works fine.

All 7 extiontions is connected from the same internet connection (with no fallover internet connection).

So if (or when) the internet fails at the office. I'm without incoming phone connection. (Outgoing is offcourse possible from a cellphone).

Is there a smart way to have my PBX transfer the calls to 1 or more cellphones? But only if the 7 phones aren't connected?
