It might be necessary to click "Submit & Start" in "Personal Data" once to reset your PBX.

The nameservers in datacenter www1/www3 could not handle SRV requests for callcentric.com recently. This was tricky to find out.

Callcentric is hit by an enormous DDoS attack started around 14 days ago and the attack is still going on.

Because of this attack and the defense work registrations to callcentric.com may fail.

Federal law enforcement agencies are assisting Callcentric but it's not possible to know when operations will be normal again.

You have an error in your SIP URI address. Change it to

SIP/1777MYACCOUNT@in.callcentric.com

and it will work.

The best solution would be if PBXes removed the Free Account. A Soho
Account costs only around 3€ a month which is cheap enough for testing the service.

You can not port a phone number to PBXes. You need to use a voip provider for that.

Broadvoice support needs to know the source IP address that my REGISTER request is coming from in order to be able to check, and due to my lack of knowledge of pbxes' architecture, I can't say for sure. Any suggestions?

You are not the only Broadvoice customer with issues. Please read this:

A more friendly method to access the mini interface is to open an incognito window and log into the mini interface. That way you don't need to delete any cookies.

Could you please tell me how to switch back to the full interface and how to switch between the two easily?

It ssems that once you are in the mini one, you got stuck in it, no matter what

You need to delete the pbxes.com cookie.

Yes, I can confirm that VoIP.ms works excellent with PBXes.

I have never had a problem with VoIP.ms on PBXes, it just works.

RE: Please do *not* cancel my Subscription 23.05.2011 22:34 Forum: Miscellaneous

This is a bad policy and makes it impossible to pay for longer periods than one month.

Please consider to change this policy. If a customer pays for one year the subscription should be cancelled at the end of the paid period, not any time before.

An example: A customer paid for one year on May 1, 2011. Today his PayPal account is cancelled, locked or restricted. How can you cancel his subscription when he has paid until April 30, 2012? Surely you need to wait until April 30, 2012 before cancelling his subscription.

It must be 24 hours at the end of the paid monthly period. Otherwise it would be impossible to pay for yearly subscription periods.

1. Click on "Personal Data" in the menu.

2. Click on the "Submit & Start" button.

Your PBX will now restart and you should be able to make changes.

Please add the Sendrpid setting to ENUM Trunk.

RE: addressbook / inbound route 20.10.2010 15:28 Forum: Bugs

You need the inbound route in order for the address book lookup to work.

Before you purchase support time I suggest you go to "Personal Data" and click on the "Submit & Start" button, this will restart your PBX.

RE: addressbook / inbound route 19.10.2010 23:48 Forum: Bugs

Have you set up an inbound route for your SIP address?

If not, you need to set up an inbound route. Under "Edit Incoming Route" in the Trunk box you enter the name you have before @pbxes.org, do not include the "@pbxes.org" part. Leave the "Caller ID Number" box empty.

RE: addressbook / inbound route 19.10.2010 13:13 Forum: Bugs

I tested by forwarding one DID at Callcentric to my @pbxes.org SIP address.

PBXes made a lookup in my Phone Book and displayed the callers name exactly as it is in the Phone Book.

It looks like it works as it should.
